As someone who has studied religion in my case, the Christian faithI always find it interesting how survivors in a post apocalyptic world twist the nuances of faith to fit their ever change needs and knowledge, it seems to come up in almost every ZA book I read.


We get to pieces of evidence, a fresh set of light, and that epilogue and ending made it more sweating for anticipation. I don’t think I’d like to see this happen to the world.

Benny is on a run for his life with hundreds of zombies breathing down his neck. The bad guys AKA the really weirdly obsessively religious people who think killing rlesh what is the right and moral thing to do.

Now I’m thinking too, that maybe there’s nothing good to live for anymore in Benny’s world. Its full of rich descriptions and I love the multiple POVs, that way we get into the main characters’ heads.

And these zoms are different. But, I found it a bit confusing. A friend asked me what the book was about and I stopped and thought, it’s about loss, grief and hope and about not giving up no matter how bleak life may seem. This makes the ending that much more poignant.



This was more of a 4. Zombies attack them in swarms and not just slow, normal zombies, but faster, evolving zombies. Exposed to many threats in the great Rot and Ruin, such as hordes of flesh-eating zombies and starving wild animals, they come across a new threat just as deadly.

These details are so well constructed that it makes maberrh excited just to know more. So then they have a new mystery on their hands; who the girl is and where her family is. Several of his works are in development for film and TV, including V-Warswhich will be a Netflix original series. I understand that Tom was important to them, and that it was symbolic or something, but it felt a little silly at times to me.
